Integration dates and timelines

As you may know, Anglian was acquired by Atlas Copco on 10 November 2025. To complete our integration, from
1 September 2026 we will operate under Atlas Copco Ltd (Registered Company Number: 159809).

We would like to reassure you that we will continue to be here for you, your team, and your business.

From 1 September 2026, please raise all purchase orders to Atlas Copco Ltd T/A Atlas Copco Compressors. You will also need to update your accounts payable details and amend where you send invoices and purchase orders.
